1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this store and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make this purchase.
2. Virtual Goods & Licensing
All items, currency, or ranks purchased are "Virtual Goods." You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these goods within the Wyvern'sNest ARK: Survival Evolved server. These items have no real-world monetary value.
3. Refund Policy
All transactions are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Accidental purchases.
Server wipes, technical resets, or hardware failure.
Player bans resulting from violations of server rules.
Changes in game balance or item stats by the developers (Studio Wildcard OR Snail Games).
4. Server Rules & Bans
Purchasing items does not exempt you from the server's rules. We reserve the right to ban any player who violates our community standards. If a player is banned, no refunds for purchased goods will be provided.
